At Casey’s Crab Company, we guarantee the freshness of all seafood at the time of pickup or delivery.
For the best experience:
Once food leaves our premises, we cannot guarantee freshness or safety beyond these time frames.
Pickup Policy
Every order is steamed fresh and prepared with care to ensure the best quality and flavor.
Order Timing: Please arrive at your scheduled pickup time so your order is served hot and fresh.
Hold Time: Orders are held up to 30 minutes past the scheduled pickup time. After that, food quality cannot be guaranteed, and all sales are final.
Early Pickup: Early arrivals may need to wait while orders are freshly prepared.

Refund Policy
We take pride in serving the freshest seafood possible. If there’s ever an issue with your order, please let us know immediately so we can make it right.
Because seafood is perishable, all sales are final once food leaves the premises.
However, if your order was prepared incorrectly or does not meet our quality standards, we will gladly replace or correct it.
